**Due to the lack of competitors @ the last trial in Resolven, the Competition Secretary asks that members inform him in advance of their intentions to take part in up and coming events.**

In order for future events to be held, volunteers are needed to set up the course.

Giving plenty of notice the next event is going to be on June 3rd at Ty Rhiw.

The Competition Secretary again asks that members inform him by the 28th May of their intentions to take part in the Ty Rhiw event.

Glamorgan Off Road Classes for 2012

As voted upon in the meeting; GORC has changed its classification requirements.

If you are still unsure of what class your vehicle is in, please contact a member of the committee and give them a brief description of your vehicle, they will then be able to let you know what class it is in.

Scrutineering

As discussed in the club meeting; Scrutineering regulations are going to be alot stricter this season.

If your vehicle is found to have a fault that the scrutineer picks up on, you will still be allowed to enter the event; however if you attend an event in the future and the same fault is still apparent then you will not be allowed to enter the event.

Also if you are not equipped with the correct towing equipment ie. A KINETIC tow rope, this will count as a fault in scrutineering.

Roll Over Valves

As discussed and voted upon in the Club Meeting; any vehicle wishing to enter a modified class will need to be equipped with a Roll Over Valve.

Valves are available from Demon Tweeks and various other motorsport stores.

Club meeting held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Glancynon Inn Hirwaun Aberdare , meeting starts at 8:30pm . Anyone interested in joining the club is more than welcome, the more the better.
